1. Scope of These Terms

These Terms govern your use of this website — browsing it, submitting a request, and using the price calculator and the chat assistant.

They are not the terms on which we store or handle freight. Warehousing, cross-docking, transloading, rework and transport are provided under a separate written agreement, together with the warehouse receipt and rate confirmation issued for your shipment. Those documents govern custody, insurance, liability for loss or damage, storage charges and lien rights. Nothing on this website varies them, and nothing on this website creates a contract to store or carry goods.

2. Use of the Website

  • You may use our website to submit inquiries and forms related to our services.
  • You agree not to misuse our website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our services for any user who violates these Terms and Conditions.

3. Quotes and Published Rates

  • Rates shown on this website, and any figure produced by the price calculator, are indicative estimates for budgeting. They are not an offer and they are not binding.
  • A price becomes binding only when we issue a written quotation or rate confirmation for your specific shipment. Where a published rate and a written quotation differ, the written quotation governs.
  • Published rates assume standard, undamaged, legally shippable freight handled during stated hours. Accessorials — after-hours work, unusual handling, waiting time, disposal — are quoted separately.
  • We may change published rates at any time. Written quotations are valid for the period stated on them.
  • We may use SMS to inform you about the status of your requests submitted through our website.
  • If you are unable to contact us by phone, we may send automated SMS notifications to inform you that we will be reaching out shortly to assist with your request.
  • By providing your contact details, you consent to receive messages related to your service requests.
  • You can opt out of SMS communication at any time by replying “STOP” to our messages.
  • Information you submit through this website is used to respond to and fulfil your request, and to run and measure the website itself.
  • We do not sell your information, and we do not give it to third parties for their own marketing. We do use service providers that process it on our behalf — they are named in our Privacy Policy, which explains in full what we collect, who processes it, and how long we keep it.
  • We strive to ensure the accuracy of the information provided on our website. However, we do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any estimate it produces is accurate for your shipment.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website.
  • This section limits our liability for the website only. Liability for freight in our custody is governed by the separate agreement and warehouse receipt described in section 1, and is not limited or expanded by this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of the use of this website shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey, and you and we each consent to that jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page, with the updated date shown at the top.
