Privacy Policy
nexuswh.com
nexuswh.com values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.
Last updated: September 1, 2026.
1. Information We Collect
- Contact details: your name, company, email address and phone number, as submitted through the forms on this website.
- Shipment details: whatever you enter in a quote or service request — type of service, pallet counts, palletized or floor-loaded, inbound and pickup dates, pickup and delivery locations, product type, volume, marketplace, packaging and labeling requirements, and any notes or message you write.
- Assistant conversations: if you use the chat assistant on this site, the messages you send it.
- Technical details: the page you submitted the form from, your IP address, and — if you reached us by clicking a Google ad — the advertising click identifier attached to that visit.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process and respond to your inquiries and service requests, and to quote them.
- To contact you about your request by email, phone or SMS.
- To send automated SMS notifications in cases where you were unable to contact us by phone, to let you know we will reach out to assist with your request.
- To keep an internal record of requests, so we can tell how many we receive, from which pages, and which advertising actually produces them.
- To protect the site from abuse — your IP address is used to rate-limit automated submissions.
- To improve our services and website functionality.
3. Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not give it to anyone for their own marketing. We do use a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf, each with access only to what it needs:
- Google Workspace — carries and hosts the mailbox your request is delivered to.
- Telegram — delivers an instant copy of your request to our staff, so it is seen while the freight is still moving.
- Google Ads — when a request is submitted we report to Google that a request happened, together with the advertising click identifier, so we can measure which ads work. We do not send your name, email, phone number or shipment details to Google.
- OpenAI — powers the chat assistant. Messages you type into it are processed by OpenAI to generate the reply.
- Our web hosting provider — stores this website and the request records described in section 6.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
4. Cookies and Advertising
This site stores a small amount of data in your browser to work properly: your language and theme choice, and, on a phone, a request you submitted while offline so that it is not lost before it can be sent.
We also use Google advertising cookies. Google's tag is loaded in two situations, and only these two: when you arrive from one of our Google ads, and at the moment a request is submitted. It sets a cookie (_gcl_aw) that lets Google tell us that a request came from an ad — including when the ad was clicked days or weeks earlier, which is normal for freight decisions.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect website functionality. You can also turn off ad personalization in your Google Ad Settings. Section 8 explains the opt-out available to residents of certain US states.
5. Data Protection
- We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
- The site is served over HTTPS, and our internal record of requests is not reachable over the internet.
- However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
- Service requests — the record of your request, including the email and messenger copies, is kept for 24 months from your last contact with us. If you become a customer, we keep records of the business relationship for as long as it lasts and for as long afterwards as tax and business record-keeping rules require.
- SMS list — while you are subscribed, and no longer.
- Assistant conversations — not stored by us beyond the session in which they happen.
You may request deletion at any time, and we will honor it except where we are required to keep a record.
7. Your Rights
- You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information.
- You may request a copy of the data we hold about you by contacting us.
- We will respond within 45 days. There is no charge, and exercising these rights will never affect the service or the price you are quoted.
8. US State Privacy Rights
If you are a resident of California, New Jersey, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to receive a copy of it.
You also have the right to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising. Under California law, our use of the Google advertising cookie described in section 4 may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information, and we have not sold or shared the personal information of anyone under 16.
To exercise any of these rights, including the advertising opt-out, email info@stl3pl.com or call 314-309-3102. You may also opt out at the browser level by disabling cookies or by sending a Global Privacy Control signal.
9. Children
This is a business-to-business freight service. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
10. SMS Communication
- Automated SMS messages may also be sent to notify you that we will contact you if you were unable to reach us.
- You can opt out of SMS communication at any time by replying to our messages.
MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.
Messages are recurring and message frequency varies.
11. Opt-out
You can opt out of the SMS list at any time by texting, emailing, or replying STOP to info@stl3pl.com or 314-309-3102. After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.
You can send HELP for additional assistance, and you will receive a text including our phone number, email, and website. We are here to help you.
STL 3PL will not sell, rent, or share the collected mobile numbers with third parties for their own marketing.
12. Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date shown at the top.
13. Contact Information
